There will be two voting methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Electronic<\/strong>: Voters will be emailed and texted, 1) a voting link, and 2) a personal voting code. Anyone can vote starting November 8th until November 14th at 6:15 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>In-Person<\/strong>: Eligible members may vote in-person during the Member Meeting on Tuesdays, November 14th, 2023 at 2:45 PM and 6:15 PM.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only members that sign a union membership card by Friday, November 3rd, 2023 will be eligible to vote and run for office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UE Local 115 will be holding an election for the following positions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>President (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice President (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial Secretary (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording Secretary (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chief Steward (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members of the Executive Board (4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sergeant-at-Arms (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustees (3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Department Stewards (20)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternate Stewards (15)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All positions have terms that end in March 2025. Departmental Stewards will have terms that end in March 2024. You may find the officer sample ballot&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/13qE1KVNimKBeiowU3Ob2fp_vxdelDZta\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, there are open positions for Members of the Executive Board and Trustees. If you are interested in running a write-in campaign for those or any other positions, please contact Eric Cortes-Kopp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nominations for Department Stewards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nomination sheets for Department Stewards will be posted on the Union Bulletin Board until Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nominated candidates will have until Monday, November 6th, 2023 at 7:00 PM to accept or reject the nomination. If they do not communicate their choice by 7:00 PM, it will be assumed that they reject the nomination. De<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There will be a steward for each of the following departments and shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 Hour Shifts\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production &amp; Sanitation (1st, 2nd, 3rd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blending Room &amp; Quality (1st, 2nd, 3rd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warehouse (1st, 2nd, 3rd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance (1st, 2nd, 3rd)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Hour Shifts\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production (A, B, C, D)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend Room (A, B, C, D)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each shift will vote for three alternate stewards, who fill in for departmental stewards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1st: 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd: 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd: 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Days: 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nights: 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ADVERTENCIA DE ELECCIONES<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UE Local 115 llevar\u00e1 a cabo elecciones desde<strong>&nbsp;el martes 8 de noviembre de 2023 hasta el martes 14 de noviembre de 2023<\/strong>.
